Our Blade Series in-drawer outlets have long dominated the in-drawer outlet market. Why? We think it has something to do with our dedication to offering the safest and most advanced solutions–a passion that led us to our fastest and most powerful lineup of new outlets to date, all featuring the interlocking safety features and ease of installation that we’re famous for.

Like all Blade Series outlets, our new configurations come standard with all the integrated safety features that make our outlets the safest solutions on the market. From stringent cycle testing to strain reliefs, cable management arms and the patented, integrated thermostat (which cuts power when ambient temperatures exceed 120°F), our outlets are designed with every possible application in mind. Additionally, our newest outlets use the same specs as all previous Blade Series outlets, so no changes to your installation process are required–simply drop in and go!

*While this video features all new configurations, we recommend the outlets highlighted above with USB-only configurations for CEC-compliant charging drawers. Outlets with AC configurations are recommended for applications like bathroom and appliance drawers and are CEC-compliant when paired with our Blade Safety Switch. The safety switch will cut power to the drawer outlet as the drawer begins to close, satisfying CEC requirements for high-voltage outlets within the cabinet (which would not be suitable for charging drawers).

If the outlet will be used in a shallow charging drawer–common in kitchens and entryway built-ins–we recommend our 1514-288 30W Blade Duo Outlet.

When working with narrow charging drawers–most common in custom closet or furniture drawers–we recommend our 1514-180 Blade outlet.
