Warranty coverage varies by product. Below, you'll find warranty information for products manufactured by Docking Drawer, as well as products manufactured by other brands and sold by Docking Drawer.

If you need help with a product that is under warranty, please contact the appropriate manufacturer before attempting any repair or modification.

A. Docking Drawer-Manufactured Products

• Labor costs
• Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty.
• Modifications to the outlet assembly, abuse, misuse, or acts of nature such as earthquakes, floods, or tornadoes (see Modifications, Updates, Repairs, and the Impact on Electrical Certifications, directly below).

Modifications, Updates, Repairs, and the Impact on Electrical Certifications

Docking Drawer products that carry a safety certification or listing are certified only in the complete, factory-built configuration in which they were evaluated. The certification and warranty apply to that configuration.

Any customer modification or change to the product that alters its certified configuration will void the warranty and invalidate the safety certification.

If your product needs repair while it is under warranty, please contact us. We will help determine the appropriate repair or replacement. Many Docking Drawer products are designed to be serviced and updated after the warranty period has ended. For example, components such as the Blade outlet module can be updated without removing the housing or replacing the wiring you have already installed.

If your installation appears to require any changes or modifications, please contact us before making them. We will help you determine the best solution and, when possible, provide a solution that maintains the product's designed performance, certification, and warranty coverage.

Our warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Please note that some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
