Appliance In-Drawer Outlet Kit with Blade Limit Switch

This Appliance In-Drawer Outlet Kit with Safety Switch includes all components required to safely power up to four devices inside your drawer while complying with the Canadian Electrical Code. The Blade Safety Outlet will detect the drawer’s position and cut power whenever the drawer is closed, complying with CEC guidelines for high voltage outlets within the cabinet.*If designing a charging drawer, we recommend any 15amp Blade Outlet, which does not need the auto shutoff functionality of this kit, as CEC guidelines allow low voltage USB outlets to remain energized when the drawer is closed to charge devices.
